The ensemble gave an astounding performance in the final round of the 2008 International Chamber Music Ensemble Competition at Carnegie Weill Recital Hall, performing Sechs Bagatelle by György Ligeti.

Competition news

The 2008 ICMEC attracted more than seventy chamber ensembles that include musicians from Italy, Argentina, Germany, Japan, Spain, Canada, Israel and the United States. These ensembles came from the most prestigious musical institutions, such as New England Conservatory, Boston University, Boston Conservatory, Yale University, Eastman School of Music, Hartt School of Music, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Phillips Academy, Mannes College of Music, University of Houston - Moores School of Music, Rice University - Shepherd School of Music and many others.
